Where we ship

We ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not deliver to PO boxes — please use a street address.

Shipping options and costs

• Standard shipping — $5.00 CAD, delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched the same day and leave our Toronto warehouse after 2pm. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment has cleared. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 1 day.

Packaging

Every order is packed in an insulated bag to protect the products in transit.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start from the day of dispatch. Delays caused by the carrier, weather or holidays are outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page or at pureglowskinn@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items) so we can look into it with the carrier.
