About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with 10017788266 Ontario Corporation, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (“Pure Glow”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Research-Use Disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Products are offered only to customers purchasing for lawful laboratory research purposes.

Research-use conditions

• All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research.
• Products are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• You confirm that you are qualified to handle research materials and that you will store, use and dispose of them in accordance with applicable laws and safety practices.
• We may refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe these conditions will not be met.

Product restrictions

Some products may be controlled, restricted or prohibited in certain countries. You are responsible for ensuring that importing, possessing and using the products is lawful where you are.

Using the website

• You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Product names, strengths and images are presented as supplied on the product labels. We aim to keep information accurate but errors may occur; we may correct them at any time.
• Website content is owned by or licensed to Pure Glow Peptides and may not be copied without permission.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if the research-use conditions are not met. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD); any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken through the methods shown at checkout (currently bank transfer; unpaid bank-transfer orders are cancelled after 1 day). We do not store full payment-card details on this website.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from use of the products contrary to these terms or the research-use conditions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate information when ordering.
• Comply with all laws applicable to purchasing, importing, handling and using the products.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Consumer law

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the consumer-protection laws of your country that these terms do not affect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
